Course Description:
This sophomore level field experience requires students to spend 45 hours in a K-12 educational setting. It provides students with an opportunity to explore the field of education through observational learning, identifying educational concepts, theory and research in practice. Discussions on current educational trends facing today's teachers and students will also take place. Students will apply skills learned by developing and implementing lesson plans.
