Professional certificates, courses and programs are taught by industry experts who provide you with the latest information in your area of interest. Comprehensive training is available in an assortment of professional areas that include: Human Resource Management, Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Health Information Coding, Web Design, Project Management, Veterinary Assisting, Analytics, Social and Visual Media, MS Office, New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and English as a Second Language (ESL). Most courses are offered evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedules of working men and women. In addition to courses on the main college campus in Edison, a selection of courses is available in the New Brunswick and Perth Amboy Centers. Grant Funded Training
Middlesex County College continues its initiative to train cohorts of healthcare professionals to enter high-skill, high-wage pathways in this growing employment sector. This program is supported by funds from the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) competitive grant program, which is co-administered by the Department of Labor and Department of Education. Qualified students may enroll in Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Pharmacy Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aid training programs. For additional information, call 732.906.7735.
