Students are responsible for being properly registered for their course of study at the beginning of each semester/session. They are required to complete the registration processes (both pre- and final registrations) on the dates and at the times specified by the Registrar. The Registrar’s office will provide instructions and notifications on pertinent deadlines each semester via the college’s email system. Course selection and pre-registration takes place through Self-Service. The Academic Advisor or Graduate Studies Director will approve each student’s schedule.
See the Academic Calendar for registration dates and deadlines. A fee will be charged for failure to complete the registration process by the dates specified. Students can begin enrollment for a given term and register for courses through the end of the add period of each term. Ordinarily, students must comply with the standard deadline for pre-registration. When necessary, a student may register for courses up until one week prior to the start of the course. Students are not permitted to add a course after it begins.
No student may register for more than 12 credit hours of graduate coursework in a single semester
