Course Description:

An applied psychology course focusing on the role of psychology in organizational settings.  Students examine various topics pertaining to the psychology of work behavior.   Theories and applications of psychology are used to analyze concerns in the workplace including motivation, productivity, leadership, recruitment and selection, training and development, communication and employee morale.   Additionally, case studies are used to analyze organizational culture, group dynamics, and effective leadership.
