Course Description:

Works by writers such as Euripides, Shakespeare, Machiavelli, Marlowe, Milton, Hawthorne, Poe, Shelley, Blatty, Tryon and O'Connor are studied. Students discuss various genres and types of evil characters as well as dominant motifs in the literature of evil. Occasional Offering.
