Course Description:
This course examines the process of selection in today's modern business organizations. The student will be involved in analyzing methods of recruitment in order to procure a qualified pool of candidates from which a selection will be made. The students will investigate the job analysis process and its role in selection. Tools, such as application forms, interviews and tests, used in the selection process will be investigated. This course will show methodology by giving the student a complete presentation of the selection process, starting with recruitment.
