HRIM 380 analyzes and examines the increasingly complex aspects of hospitality law, government regulations, insurance, administrative laws, and how they impact the hospitality industry. Legal principles and precedents as they apply to the hospitality industry as a whole, as well as application to meetings and conventions, are highlighted and discussed.
