Course Description:

This course is designed to provide an in-depth, analysis of company financial statements from the, perspective of the creditors and investors, and, tools and techniques used to analyze the financial, statements, value the firm, and make investment, decisions. The course will provide students with, needed theoretical background and tools in, corporate financial analysis and decision making, processes. The course will provide students with, data analytic and trend analysis skills demanded, in the CPA industry as it shifts to such analysis, to identify areas of audit risk.
