A study of the critical ideas and trends in literary postmodernism, including such movements as ecofeminism, cyberpunk, and L-A-N-G-U-A-G-E poetics. Attention is given to the problematic definition in postmodern theory,focusing on the works of such authors as William Gibson, Gary Snyder, Ursula Le Guin and Edward Dorn.
