Course Description:
Primarily an experiential class, this is an introductory to intermediate-level movement practice based on the repertoire of classical Pilates exercises, modified for the contemporary body. Mat-based physcal work will investigate te underlying foundations of movement, grounded in Joseph Pilates' 8 principles. A commitment to this practice seeks to provide a postive connection to our sense of self through a safe and adaptable workout.
