Students will receive an overview of risk management principles and the role insurance plays in the risk assessment process. All aspects of risk control options including prevention, avoidance, transfer and retention will be presented in personal and enterprise contexts. Students will learn how the various choices can be incorporated in individual and business decision-making practices.
