Certificate of Achievement

The Certificate of Achievement instructs students in the basics in baking fundamentals. In addition to baking classes, students take culinary and restaurant management courses with kitchen labs, dining labs, and classroom instruction. Students will be able to progress in their baking skills and techniques as they prepare for an entry level career position.

Program Outcomes

Graduates will be able to:

  • Perform the fundamentals in baking for industry employability
  • Exhibit professionalism in demeanor, behavior, and attitude
  • Apply the knowledge and skills needed to become an entry level bakers assistant.
