Center for Violence Prevention (CVP)

Passaic County Community College's Center for Violence Prevention links the college community with education, services, support, and resources on issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, harassment, stalking and other instances of power-based violence on campus. The Center develops programs to prevent, address, educate, and raise awareness on these issues. The Center for Violence Prevention is located on the Main Campus in Founders Hall E201 and provides the following supportive services to students, staff, and faculty:

  • Accessibility and referrals to services and resources in and out of Passaic County;
  • Education through prevention education efforts around domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, harassment, and stalking;
  • Regular trainings, group discussions, and awareness events on campus.
