Teach-Out Plan

Teach-out is the process by which the College will provide instructional and academic support services to students enrolled in a program that has been discontinued. The college will make a good-faith effort to assist affected students so that they experience a minimal amount of disruption in the pursuit of their course of study. Students will be notified of the decision to close a program and will have 3 years to complete the major/core requirements and up to 5 years to complete any outstanding program requirements. Once the decision on program discontinuance has been announced, no new admissions or readmission will be allowed. Students will be assigned an advisor to assist them through program completion.
