Program: AALM - Associate of Applied Science
The Arboriculture and Landscape Management Program prepares students to perform as professional and business owners in the areas of tree and landscape planning, planting, and maintenance. The primary emphasis of the program focuses on the field of arboriculture including proper tree care methods. Students also receive classroom instruction and hands-on training in the areas of landscaping, greenhouse operations and turf management
Graduates are in high demand in this growing profession. Many go to work for or establish and run tree care companies, landscaping firms or tree nurseries. Some students continue their education in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Forestry or a related field.

A minimum of 60 credit hours is required for completion of this A.A.S. Degree program; 20 of the credit hours shall be in the liberal arts and sciences.
