Course Description:
This course provides an opportunity to participate in a series of business simulations that demonstrate a wide array of business issues and business decision making. The course will also focus on debate of ethical issues in business. Particular emphasis will be given to businesses with entrepreneurial roots. Concepts, including ethical reasoning, critical thinking, strategic thinking and professional articulation of personal ideologies will serve as a backdrop for the class. The goal is for students to learn not only what is involved in ethical decision making, but also how ethical decision making can be effectively used. (3 hours lecture). Prerequisite: MGT 200 Principles of Management. Completes General Education Requirements:SC-I, RE-I,WC-I.
