Course Description:
This course will start with a review of basic algebra (factoring, solving linear equations and inequalities, etc) and will introduce various functions to include polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic and radical functions. Techniques of graphing these functions will also be explored. Additionally students will study systems of equations and sequences and series. Prerequisite: MAT 097 Fundamentals of Math (C* or better) or appropriate Accuplacer score. Completes General Education Requirements:QP-F, LAS
