Course Description:
The focus of this course is threefold. First, students will be instructed on fundamental professionalism skills and explore career goals and aspirations. Second, this course will provide opportunity for students to learn and practice effective study skills and self-sufficiency. Third, students will develop active listening skills, respect for diverse opinions, and effective communication through active participation in reflective activities, readings, projects, presentations and discussions. This course is restricted to the Culinary AOS program. Completes General Education Requirements: RE-F, WC-F, LAS
