Course Description:
This course emphasizes environmental laboratory techniques, precision, and safety. The course is a study of the sources, reactions, transport, effects, and fates of chemical species in the study of water, soil, and air environments, as well as the influence of human activity upon these processes. (3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab). Prerequisite: CHM 141 Chemistry I Completes General Education Requirements:AR-I LAS
