Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the key areas of environmental health coupled with in-depth exploration of current issues in the field. The course will cover factors associated with the development of environmental health problems and their mitigation or prevention. Community-based and global perspectives on Environmental Health will be facilitated through examination of current environmental health challenges. Prerequisites: BIO 101 Biology I, BIO 102 Biology II, BIO 210 General Ecology and MAT 210 Statistics. Completes General Eduation Requirement: SC-I
