Course Description:
Students will learn about the biology and classification of insects. Topics covered include insect diversity, morphology, physiology, and behavior. For the lab portion of the course, students will collect, observe, and classify insects based on morphological characteristics. (3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab). Prerequisites: BIO I Biology I and BIO 102 Biology II. Completes General Education Requirement:LAS.
