Course Description:
Have you ever wondered why ordinary people do unusual things, things that seem alien to their natures: why do good people sometimes do bad things, or smart people sometimes do foolish or irrational things? This course studies the intersection between two traditional disciplines: Sociology and Psychology. By analyzing individuals' thoughts, feelings and behavior as they affect or are affected by other individuals we will understand how our affiliation with a group shapes us.
