Course Description:
This course provides students with the opportunity to conduct advanced study and skill development on specific baking techniques. This advanced-level course will provide students with greater depth on a specific skill or tehcnique associated with baking. There is a course fee associated with this course. Prerequisite: BAK 280 Retail Practical Experience.
