College Assembly

College Assembly

The College Assembly is the shared governance body of the Middlesex College,  with representation from the student body, faculty, staff and administrators. The Assembly is charged with making recommendations to the President regarding academic, student, and other College affairs. The College Assembly has seven standing Task Forces which focus on specific aspects of the College:  Academic Standards, Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, Bylaws, Campus Diversity, Campus Life and Community Concerns, Curriculum, and Educational Resources. The College Assembly meets at 2pm on the first Thursday of the month from October through May.   All Assembly meetings are open to the public. Task forces meet once a month from September through April.

Membership in the College Assembly offers students a voice in the College community and an opportunity to have an impact on their experience at Middlesex and for generations of students that follow.  Students interested in participating in the College Assembly or a Task Force should contact the Assembly office at assembly@middlesexcc.edu or apply on line at https://www.middlesexcc.edu/college-assembly/students/
