Middlesex County College offers an extensive selection of community enrichment courses in areas such as health, fitness, recreation and dance; personal finance, retirement planning, real estate, music, social media, photography and foreign languages. Summer Camp
At Camp Middlesex our motto is, "Safety, Learning and Fun for all". We offer a wide selection of educational, engaging and enjoyable activities that children love. Specialty camps include theater, basketball, tennis, magic, chess, creative writing, math Olympics, cartooning, sewing, specialized computer techniques, mosaics, painting, STEM related programs, and so much more! Children, ages 6-16 are welcome. A nurse is on staff during Camp Middlesex sessions. Choose one through eight week sessions, with an extended day option for working parents. Classes for contemporary cooks are offered in our culinary lab and include tastings of the course menu prepared by our guest Chef. Each class features a different theme.  For adults, we offer demonstration as well as hands-on cooking classes. We also offer junior chef programs for children and youth.
