Atmospheric Pollution Control

Course Code: SCI-224

Course Description : A survey of community air pollution stressing problems and the technology used for their detection and control. Students will learn about air monitoring equipment and air sampling procedures used in the field. Effects of air pollutants on the community will be considered on the basis of air quality standards. Techniques used to control air pollution emissions from both mobile and stationary sources will be discussed.
