Course Code: MGT-216

Course Description : An interdisciplinary course which integrates and synthesizes concepts and information from preceding management courses. Emphasis is on establishing an environment to employ previously learned material, with the opportunity to practice decision-making and control techniques based on this material. Case studies are employed and supplemented with simulation techniques. Emphasis is given to subordinate supervisor interaction, with students participating individually and in teams.
