Introduction to Robotics and Control Systems

Course Code: MCT-220

Course Description : A study of the pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components and drives utilized in robotic and control systems. Topics include kinematics of robotics systems, analog and digital controllers, operations and applications of pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components. Students are required to complete a comprehensive robotic project to include an oral presentation and a technical report. This course is cross-listed in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Electronic/Computer Engineering Technology.
