Protein Purification and Tissue Culture Techniques

Course Description : This course is designed to be a continuation of BIO 205. Students will develop new skills in protein manipulation, separation techniques and plant/animal tissue culture techniques. They will apply the skills they acquired throughout the Biotechnology curriculum to complete a capstone project.
