Digital Logic Circuits and Systems

Course Code: ELT-231

Course Description : An introduction to digital logic systems. Topics include: binary arithmetic, number system, codes, Boolean algebra, minimization techniques, switching theory, combinational and sequential logic circuits; analysis and design with introduction to VHDL. Theory is supplemented by laboratory work to design, build, and test logic circuits and systems, using standard design methods and computer-based analysis and design tools.
