Corporate Education and Training designs and delivers training and development programs that assist business and industry, community organizations, municipalities, and professional groups as they address their strategic challenges and opportunities. Since 1986, MCC Corporate Education and Training has supported thousands of employees and their satisfied employers through convenient and customized training at client sites or on the MCC campus.
Corporate Education and Training takes pride in our personal involvement with clients to provide quality, cost-effective training programs that add value to the workplace. We help identify training needs, assess employee skill levels with pre- and post-tests, customize and schedule training programs to meet specific needs, and evaluate delivered training, as well as assist clients with NJ LWD training grant applications.
We specialize in results-oriented soft-skills, management, leadership, and technology skills training. Customized course topics include advanced manufacturing; communication and management skills; conflict management; English as a Second Language (ESL); lean principles; logistics; supply chain management; industrial electrical maintenance; project management; total quality management; transportation and distribution; train-the-trainer; team building, etc. Computer and information technology training may be provided in MCC computer labs or with a portable laptop lab at client worksites.
Corporate Education and Training also provides grant supported training for eligible companies, in cooperation with the NJ Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, the NJ Business and Industry Association and the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
